- Community education for caregivers, professionals, and others interested in learning more about older adults and substance abuse
- Speakers for informational presentations about services available to older adults through county agencies involved
provides outreach to the older adult by a variety of community based services through cooperative efforts among these agencies. These services will focus on the areas of alcohol and other drug abuse and physical or mental health issues.
program's aim is to identify, educate, and assist older adults with substance abuse, medication mismanagement, physical and mental health concerns. Our goal is to help the older adult have a meaningful and enjoyable life.
